I think they have the hp ratings for the first generation bronco v8's on the low side. I thought the 289 was 200hp. And the 70 model 302 at 220 hp.

Numerous little typos and errors in the article, including the '77 Bronco production numbers, which I erroneously listed as over 30,000 in an online article years ago. Every time I see that number, I know someone copied info from my piece :).

The author is a good one though - been in the business many years.
