From Vent Windows to the Doors

Well, I got the Vent Window back together with the Pivot Pen, but I seem to have more serious troubles than I thought. The black frame that goes around 2/3 of the glass is bent and has corosion, it's not exactly hugging the glass anymore. The rubber that covers the glass as it slides into the glass isn't exactly great either, so the glass doesn't fit back in very well, and therefor, doesn't really open/close well when installed back into the vent window frame.

Calling around, Im' looking as 'cheap' at $100 for the new 2-side frame that goes aroudn the glass and the rubber for it. Or to replace the entire vent window, looking at around $195.

Too rich for me, saving up for more important things like power brakes.

So, onto the next project. Both my doors do NOT close perfectly lined up with the body. I keep seeing this topic come up, from the reasons being the doors are literally sagging, or the door hardware not being too good.
I thought there was something under Bronco-Tech on the front page, but only found door hinges.

Any resources I'm missing?

The Driver side door looks like sag, I look from the side and the door seems to lean down, but the passanger side does seem to be the door hardware issue.

Any suggestions? While I start on it - seeing how I have both, I should be able to get some pictures and if fixed throw it together for the Tech section.
