I am certain there is a thread somewhere - but I can't seem to find it -I have a newer 23 gallon tank and sending unit suddenly my fuel gauge has stopped working - all together. What is the trouble shooting process? What do I need to do?

Thanks -

Key OFF - the gauge should peg empty. Ground the wire at the tank (make SURE it has continuity back to the battery negative post). Key ON:

Does the gauge peg full?

YES: the fault is inside the fuel tank.
NO: the fault is outside the fuel tank.
