Yeah, social media, blogs, forums aren't really my thing but I love this website and use it daily as a good resource and for motivation.

I'll post more pictures once I get it closer to done and I am going to try to do a write-up on the build and post the 3D files I created of the stock bronco frame for suspension development.

I started this project three years ago and things just keep slowing it down. With my two boys being born mid-project (one is 2 years old and the other is 2 months) and a complete home renovation, it's been hard finding the time to work on it. Now that I can see the light, I feel a new sense of enthusiasm to get it done by summer.

Looking good! Is that slider bought or fabricated? If bought, where from?

Cool rig. Are the sliders from one of the Toyota-centric shops (Marlin, Trail Gear, AllPro, etc), skinned with a dimple-die'd sheet and repurposed to your EB? Whatever they are, they look good.

I'd love to get my hands on a 3D model of the frame...save me some effort.

I've been getting a lot of messages about the sliders. They are fully fabricated and tie into the roll cage mounting and soon will tie into my underbody skid plate/tranmission/transfer case cross members. They have .25" wall on the lower tube and the rest is simply .083 wall 4130.

I have an open thread in the tech forum asking if anyone has had issues mating a S547 to an NP205? I know s542's mate with no issues but I can't get these two loverbirds to get it on.

Anyway, here is a picture from the underside:

Here are some more shots. I am by no definition a photographer but here are some kinda acceptable Android pictures.

Getting so fired up right now! :)
