Getting the body/tub off the frame...

This is not the first tub I have taken off the frame, but this time it doesn't seem to want to separate. I have all the bolts out, but when I lift the whole weight of the truck lifts up. I used an engine hoist last time, but it separated almost immediately and I had no problem lifting it right off.

Do I need to do a little prying to get it off? Spray some more "PB Blaster" on it? I was surprised as even the "hard to remove" bolts came right out. %)

Cant imagine it not coming off. The mounts should not stick to the body, to the frame yes but not the body. I just took the body off mine and there was no sticking together of the body and frame. I would double check that all bolts, the steering box, electrical connections and brake lines are all unhooked. Good luck.

The steel sleeves inside the mounts can rust together. just because the bolts are out does not mean they are loose.

All the bolts came right out, even the two that most people said would be the toughest to remove. I just went out and lifted again and it's still like the bolts are there even though they are out. I was wondering if the bushings might be seized (like Bax said) similiar to the leaf spring bushings that rust together.

Try drilling the center of the bushing out with a 3/8 bit through the bolt hole.

May be glued to the mounts. May be undercoating or something that is causing it. You may want to try a thin putty knife between the body mounts and the body.
