Missed it!

I just had surgery and forgot to check the listings and of course a nice one pops up close to home. I called on Thursday and the guy had taken money down to hold it until the weekend. I was holding out hope that his deal would fall apart so I could swoop in and make a deal but it's after 1pm Saturday and no call back.
