I ordered there 5/16 LCP line about 20 days ago and still hadn't recieved it as of Friday, so I gave them a call. They said it hadn't shipped yet because they were out of the LCP but they had planned on calling me to see if they could just upgrade me to their SuperlineXD. Seeing how that is about a $120 upgrade and has a braided cover over the entire rope I had no problem with it. At my request they said they would also put a 16 foot heat guard on it instead of the standard 10' (my winch takes 15 feet on the first wrap) and ship it out that day. It showed up today and although I haven't put it on the on the winch yet it looks to be of great quality. I wish I would have gotten it with there sling hook though. With the heavy duty tube thimble they put on it I had to get a 1/2" clevis hook to fit over the thimble, its just over 3/4" wide. Went with the grade 70 (although I'm sure I didn't need to) and it ended up costing 15 bucks, I could have gotten the sling hook rated for 22,000 lbs for $20, probably less if they gave a discount with the rope.
I also got there aluminum fairlead, only $38 bucks with the purchase of the rope. It looks like a nice quality fairlead as well. Hopefully I'll get is on the winch this weekend.
