Hardtop Pulley System

What has been the best manual pulley system for pulling on and taking off the hard top. I need to make this a one man job. I'm thinking about the Harken made for Jeeps, but wanted to see if anyone had found a better option before purchasing

No need for an expensive system really. I lift my to top the same way vertically/horizontally because I only have a 9’ ceiling. Instead of a pulley system I just use four eye lags and a couple of come-alongs.
Been doing it that way for years.
