Definitely 3/18-16 threads, header bolts will have 7/16" or 3/8" hex head

Normally, 3/8-16 bolts have 9/16" hex head but they won't work for headers

You need header specific, small hex head bolts so you can get socket / wrench on the bolt - space is tight between the header tube and bolt

Here's a tip that may help, take 2 studs or bolts with heads cut off 1.5-2 inches long and put them in the front and rear holes. It will hold the gaskets in place and support the header making it easier to get started. Small head 12 point bolts worked for me. Be sure to retighten after heating them up. And again in a week or two.
