Help Finding someone to rebuild a c4, MD PA VA DC

I have been collecting the parts to swap my 3spd to a C4. I have almost all the parts i need so now i need to find someone to rebuild my C4. Does anyone know someone that could rebuild the C4 on the side or at a competitive price in or around Baltimore, Maryland. I am willing to drive as well to get it done right and for a good price.
