How do I tell how much lift I have?

2" body lift, trying to determine what size suspension lift I have. Any methods out there?

Running 35's, mostly on road. Thinking 2" body + 2.5" suspension is the ideal setup for that. Thoughts?

Thanks.

Measure from axle to frame.

7" front
6" rear

Is stock.

Anything over that is your suspension lift, if any.
