How hot should plug wires

Get after driving about 8 miles. Truck runs about 200 according to the tail tail guage. but the plug wires and dizzy are to hot to touch. Not sure if this is a normal thing or not.

you'll know the plug wires are to hot when they start to bubble...

Too hot to touch is normal, squishy melty hot is too hot.
