Does anyone sell a hose kit for all of this together or can you share your cleanest / most cost effective solutions?

Thanks!

I had mine made in town at a local hydrolic hose company. It was around $70 for all of them and they are very nice and well made. Check to see if your city has a shop like that

I found a diagram on here and then modified it for the parts needed to complete HB for a 99 Superduty.

The part numbers on the diagram are the -6 AN adapters required. You will still need the braided hose and hose ends. This is not the cheapest route, but it looks good.

Stainless braided hose (FCC0610)
90* fittings (FBM1122)
45* fitting (FBM1112)

Does this look like everything except hose clamps and low pressure hose?

Thanks!

looks close

I the (5/8x) o ring adaptor to 6an in gearbox return... then a T for gearbox and hydroboost to pump using 3/8 efi for both returns my hydroboost and ps pump are both hose barbed so I have no way of doing 6an on those...so I used 2 female hose barbs on the 2 male ends of the T the 3rd is female 6an on one end that's connected at gearbox return adaptor probably not the prettiest way but it eliminates a hose to T.

So its gearbox return fitting making it male 6an.... into bottom of 6an T female end leaving 2 6an males one pointed at hydro one straight up, then female 6an to 3/8 hose barb to 3/8 efi hose from hydro and gearbox back to pump.

The HP are pump to hydro russell 6an with 90s, the one from hydro to gearbox is Russell with 90s ones just longer.

My pump only has one return

USE EFI HOSE just trust me!

It's funny, I've been scouring threads all night and found several posts about your front end. Nice work.

I am thinking about keepin my core support and just tubing it to the firewall.

Thank you! I wanted to move my radiator as far forward as possible so I could use a Volvo fan. This should work perfect.
