My 74 has a little bit of lean to the right rear. I just got this but was told a 2.5 lift was put on it before I bought it. Should I just some sort of shim the rear ens to back level or let a shop check the frame, etc

See Brian's answer above. It's almost always front end related. Mine was caused by a slightly twisted front axle tube, but usually it's all in the bushings.

Body lean1

:cool:As mentioned above they are possibilities , unfortunately when my '68' wagon had the same look it turned out being the body mount , right rear last one under the tailgate collapsing from rust. Don't over look them.

X2 on the body mounts. And they might not be rusty. My 77 has a slight drivers side lean. Indidnt paybattention when doing the body lift. I noticed it after installing the WH 1" integrated body bushing/lift combination. At the same time i put a 3" susp lift on with all new bushings. I Assembled the front end on level ground and got it set up perfect. Stood back after complete install and damn i had lean. Scratched my head for a while and got out the tape measure and level. Low and behold the fram is spot on level at all corners. The body is 1/8 inch lower on the drivers side and it is noticable. So instarted checking frame mounts and it seems that all my body mounts are 1/8" lower on the driver side. So i got out my phone and looked at the pics of the install and sure enough i had 4 1/8" washers in the pile that had to come off the driver side. So i am assuming that when my frame was welded at the factory that the guy on the drivers side had a bum tape or a crooked eye. So be sure to check every aspect of the lean befor you go tearing crap up and hen not accomplishing anything

Good luck with the lean

Looking at the pic, it looks like the gap between the bottom of the tailgate and the bumper is a lot closer on the passenger side. I would suspect body mounts as well.

Anybody got a picture handy of the body mounts I need to check on that right rear side? As im new to the bronco world and learning.

I've noticed and suspected that where the top of the shock in the rear mounts looks to be bent upward a little more than on the drivers side rear but I haven't put a level or anything on it to check, just observations so far.
