All,

I purchased the driver's side outter rocker from DC.

Visuall it looks really nice. Fit is a little off, if I pin the top in place, the bottom is far away from the inner rocker, so I have to clamp that. That isn't a problem, just a pain when welding.

Ok, to the heart of the question! What is the best method of lining up the rocker??? The old one's upper flange edge ran along the floor pan flange. They were almost perfectly aligned. Should I align the rocker there, then pull the bottom in until it meets the inner rocker?

Am I making enough sense to give an answer back???

Thanks as always!

Bill, I have mine ready to go on, but no time. Does yours sit a little lower on the area that runs parallel to the floor area. My old ones came all the way up to the floor pan, my new ones are a little lower if I line everyhing else up. Just checking. Wish I could help on this one. 2Bad will probably chime in. He put some in I think.
Good luck and Let me know,

I'll do my typical photo documentation tomorrow, when I get it done.
