Hampton,
the bronco I got last year I did a few things and made it sort of drivable, and sold it.
2011-12-14_07-09-41_889.jpg

I only sold it because I didn't need 4 + broncos in various conditions.
I was thinking about selling my enclosed trailer and I stumbled upon somebody else project that wanted an enclosed trailer, more then broncos and I wanted the broncos. So we spent a Sunday and two trucks, and trailers. Doing the trip back in forth they where located about 40 min away. We got blessed with a 70 degree day to do this.
So here is what I got.

Red is a 75 ranger, starts but can't get the clutch to disengage. the body is very very bad. it was a plow and sanding truck. Has the controls still for the plow and looks factory installed by Meyer. Hoping to be able to salvage the dash. 3 speed Hurst floor shifter also. The blue is a 73 or 72 I can't remember. That's where they where sitting.

and now the group shot.

with the green one included. which is a pretty decent tub and guy had it inside. So I'm hoping to get it inside very soon, I'm going to have to set it on my frame that I'm going to use which is this.

Anyone in Hampton Roads area that want to help I do know how to buy beer. May even get two out of this, would love to have just a trail rig. I have an engine that's already been pulled and was also kept in side.
and a bunch of other random parts.
So I have one complete bronco. Red 75 (just noticed today frame may be shot)
one missing a front clip and no motor installed but I have a motor. Yes it has the tranny (blue one) no top. Frame good from what I can tell. Have really looked but It does need some work.
one complete tub minus passenger lower quarter. Good Frame no front axle no rear gears. Frame is setup for 5.5 lift (what I was told) dual shock mounts front and rear. Was not done recently.
One redone frame which I'm holding on to and will use. setup with ultimate JD 3.5 inch lift and 2 inch body lift with new mounts. All ready have the 351w in the garage working on it slowly and a zf to go behind it I need a np205. so once I Have that and the body work all done it will be time to get everything going. Biggest hold back is the body.

That is a great group of possibilities, although I think my wife would have shot me if I started making those trips and dropping off EB's in varying states of disrepair. Lots of potential there, good luck.

Wife help out the whole day including not have a problem loosing the storage space the trailer was providing. We used the enclosed trailer to get the blue one home and had no way to tie it down. So we let the air out of the tires she was able to get to the valve stems in tight area to let the air out.

I can have two broncos as long as one is an auto so she can drive it. lol.

Tuesday I got the molested dash and wiring harness off of the green one. May do some more work on it today. Need to strip the body down as far as I can. so I can get it off the frame its on and cleaned up.

Hampton,
Yesterday I came up with a way for mostly me until I really need help to be able to move the body to the new frame. It was a lot of fun.
Two engine hoist's. A few 2x6x16 + or - nailed together.

This pic here shows most of how it was done, with the new frame underneath of it already. I had to pull the frame out that was there with NO front axle and just my wife and I.

The body was leaning towards the house the whole time, I guess I didn't have it centered on the 2x6s so I used a ratchet strap, on each engine hoist to a corner point on the body to keep it from sliding.

This is the new HP and front axle for the frame I pulled out.

Yes, its heavy. I will tell you though I'm not the strongest person in the world so most anyone is going to be able to do that.

Wow, its sitting a lot higher then I thought it was going to. I was told it was only a 3.5 inch James Duff lift but I think it may be the 5.5. Will not really know until I get the engine and tranny in and some more weight on it to see how much lower it sits.
I was going for a total 5.5 . Cause I have a two inch body lift. (351w and zf so no B/L is not really an option) on it also. And those are 35 inch tires on 15x8 rims.

Its not to high for my Iggys (Italian Greyhounds) to get in. The Chihuahua, I don't think she could make it, and didn't let her try.

we put that blanket in there just because we didn't want them to cut them selves on anything sharp.

The hood you see in the picture is for sale, Other then the hole I don't think it has any other issues. And it does have a cheapo fiberglass scoop on the top.
Also that is an auto steering column. Missing the gear indicator, actually I think I could find it but the plastic is crack and it was siliconed on. I will be selling other stuff as I go threw and know I will not need it one hundred percent but right now these are the only two thing I'm selling. Any money I get from selling parts will be going right back into the build. If you want send me some offers. I'd prefer not to ship. Hampton roads area, VA.
I am looking for a ford disk brake setup for D44 and some body work pieces as you can see in the pic's what I need so lmk if you got something to trade.
