Is this snorkel for deep water crossings?

I pretty sure that is a crappy pic of the fresh air inlet on the stock air cleaner. I wouldn't think it would help much with deep water. also your post count is lucky 7's. Go buy a lottery ticket!!!!

I took my whole bronco apart and never saw anything like that. I'm not sure where that would fit under your hood or how that would help you with deep water crossing ?:?

I know theres a company that makes them for jeeps maybe you'd be better off retro fitting one of those.

;D ;D ;D that is a snout from a stock typ air cleaner. What you want is water proof 100% or your dead in the water. They will also hurt your performance as they are resistive but good luck with your toy. %) %) %) Bill :cool: :p %)

Here is an article someone put together on how they made one for a Jeep using ABS pipe. With a few modification to this setup I think the same thing would be doable on an EB. ARB also makes snorkels for a variety of different vehicles but they are pretty expensive (approx. $350 - $400).
