Are duff arms supposed to have spacers in between their mounting points at the frame or they supposed to be free floating?

Wow! Machined spacers to center the spherical rod end in the bracket would be nice, but even a stack of washers would work. Without them, there's no way to correctly torque that bolt without completely distorting/crushing the bracket together.

Your going to need a CV joint on that transfer case.

Yeah was trying to avoid it but may have too. I'm running a c-6 and a doubler with 32 1/2 center to center. It doesn't bind at full droop so hoping for the best.
