THANKS for the reply. I figured it had to do with the AOD. I never thought it would be different with the AOD, but now that I think about it....

It sounds like the shop I took the bronco to did exactly what you decribed. They did say it shifts like a DREAM now.

To anyone reading this.
I ordered my shifter directly from JB Fab and had the shifter 3 days later. The shifter and billet knobs are TOP quality. It was packed very well. I would buy again without any hesitation.
