I got the day off from work and got all my honey do's done so I took some time in the nice weather to give the Bronco a rinse. I am amazed at what was under the dirt. It hasn't been washed in a couple of years.
Haven't been driving it near as much as it should be. We bought it when my son was 14 as a rust heap off eBay for $1100. We redid the body and he drove it 3 years in high school. He is now off at school so it has become mine and is about to be my daily driver. Gotta love the original '67 289 that still hasn't been molested. When we bought it the only change from stock was the hurst floor shift.
Awesome bronco, I've waxed dents and rust more frequently then you've washed yours???I must have a problem. It's time for the antique tag. 25 bucks for life.
Yep, gotta go to the antique tag this summer. This tag was $27. Next thing I've got to do is new door hinges they have a ton of slack and doors don't line up anymore.
And the right front tire doesn't hold air more than a week, my son took the 31-10.50-15 wranglers and put them on his jeep so I'm stuck with these crappy tires until I buy some 33's.
