Lift gate missing parts on the top

Had top painted and he lost parts. I need to see pictures of how lift gate hinges attach to top. My top has just got holes nothing else. Same thing where struts attach to the top. I have just 2 round holes on each side. Can't find anything on this.

There are ribbed pieces that go above the holes in the top that the lift gate hinges bolt into.

I'm pretty sure these are them, but there's no photo.
