Lift Kit variable rate or linear

Lift kits: Smoother ride

Jeff's and Duff's both use variable rate coils. I have heard you should be aware of front end sag with time with these coils. So which is best linear or variable?

Also Duffs uses a shock that helps reduce the bronco buck. Sounds good does anyone run these shocks?

Do I need to add a drop pitman arm or adjustable track arm?

To cut or not to cut... If I get a 4.5 lift can I put wider tires on my EB? I am very close to saying the hell with it and circumsizing the EB and keeping the foreskins.

Thanks 8)
