• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

Hey there,

I'm looking for a tie rod for my '71 Bronco. Mine has a slight bend in it which causes my driver's side wheel to toe-in slightly. Local would be great... but I'll pay for shipping if you are not local.

Thanks in advance for the help.

I bent mine once from hitting it on the trac bar drop bracket, I just put a bottle jack under it, bent it back and re-aligned it.

Take your tie rod and straighten it, now cut the drivers side off after measuring the other side and take it to a machine shop and have it threaded like the other end, that way all you replace are the tie rod end and adjusting sleeve not the whole tie rod, got to be cheaper. Exact measurements are critical...
