Does anyone have interior quarter panels templates that they would share or measurements

I'm not taking mine off now, but all I did was to start by making cardboard templates that fit the way I wanted. Then I made 1/16" thick aluminum sheets off the templates.

Thanks jckkys I'll probably do that this week. I'll probably save the measurements just in case someone else needs them in the future

I made them from interior paneling from Home Depot. The whole sheet was $15 and you can cut it with hand shears or a jig saw. Plus you can sand the edges. Fit it with your carpet and top installed or it won't fit right later. Then I covered them with a thin layer of packing foam then wrapped it in a wool fabric from a fabric store. Every Bronco is different.

I used cardboard to make the template, then cut my panels from 1/4" playwood, screwed a 1 x 4 on the top (ripped to the proper width & notched ends) to make ledge & cover the bolts that hold the top on. After they were fitted perfect and notched perfect along the top, I wrapped them in carpet, and for the final touch I added some lights & speakers.

These pic's are from a 77', which has a different rear drivers side because of the gas tanks.

My expericne has been that they're all a little different and its best to make a pattern for each one.
