Looking for more info on these bumpers

The description said they were made by Pajarito professional race auto manufacture, but I cant find them online.

Does anyone have more info?

Don't you think it gives the truck the "Cars" movie happy face? I don't know why, but to me it doesn't work on that truck. Maybe it is the flares?

It's got king suspension stickers on both bumpers, they do shocks and armored vehicles. Might start there.

With those exhaust cutouts I'm guessing custom made - most likely by King Suspension. Wouldn't make sense to have an off the shelf bumper design with those exhaust holes.
