MN looking for parts to go back to 3 on tree

I've got a 1966 Bronco with the 170 ci 6 cyl. Looking for parts to go back to 3 on the tree. Specifically need:

-linkages to go from column shift lever arms down to the transmission.

-also need shift lever, and the column shift sleeve and associated parts.

If you have converted to 3 speed on the floor, I'm looking for what you've taken out.
