Looking for the owner of this bronco

Does anyone know the owner of this Bronco? I'd like to ask him/her some questions about it. I ran across the photo randomly online, and can't seem to find additional info anywhere. It has a cummins emblem on the fender. I'm hoping it belongs to a member on here.

I'm not sure it's really a Cummins, the mirrors have no way of flipping up in everyone's way...
