Looking for Winter storage, later a shop, in the Seattle, WA area

My Mom is selling her place were I had my rig stashed for the last could years while I wasn’t able to address fueling issues. I’m looking for a place, preferably under a roof but I have a cover, to stash it for a few more months while I save up money to fix the fueling problems. It runs, it just bleeds fuel all over the engine from the carb while it runs.

I‘m in Seattle but any place from Olympia to Everett will do or on that corridor. Bonus points if it’s close to Issaquah.

Agree, Lots easier to fix a carb than to rebuild after an engine fire.
