I finished half of my extended radius arms today, had them custom machined and turned so I could screw the old rear shaft into the extention, then welded them, then tapped the rear of the extention for my rod ends. I used solid 2" steel rod, and man, they gained some weight! I will be boxing them tomarrow, and then from there will bevel and install my rod ends, which are 40,000lb tencle streingth, with a 3/4" bolt that is 1.75" long. From there, I will install the rest of my suspention before stepping on to the AOD install... Will get pics asap! :)
