I parted a 77 ranger U153 and noticed one side had 6 leafs and the other only 5, I had never noticed this before on an EB. Was this to correct the lean?

Could have been to correct the lean by adding a add-a-leaf, could have just added leaf, a makeshift replacement spring. Diffferent companies put out different sets. 5+1, 6+1, 10, 11 never know heck it could have lost a broken spring and the owner just snugged the u-bolts down.

It's not stock, that's for sure. Maybe a stock leaf broke and he bought a replacement pack, not realizing the U153 had different springs than the more common U150.
