• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

    Discuss it more here:

  • The Classifieds forum is a place to buy and sell, not an open forum for people to give their opinions on Bronco values. Unless the seller specifically asks for help on pricing, please don't critique quality or asking price. If you're not interested then move on.

    Thanks!

Did you really mean to put $240 for the manual steering box ?:?

I honestly don't know what they are worth, so I just looked online for examples. They may have been bad examples :) Jeff's graveyard sells a rebuilt one for $399 with a $100 core charge. Needless to say the price on the steering box is negotiable. I am open to suggestions on a realistic price.

I've bought several for $25 each. There's one in the classifieds right now for $35 that the seller has been bumping up for about two years now.

Not trying to be insulting by any means, I was just surprised by the price on CL and thought I'd bring it to your attention in case it was a typo. Hope you get the $200. That would be pretty cool. I actually managed to sell a Dana 30 once for $250, so there is a need for more common parts out there.

I didn't see the $25 one. I searched EBay which was probably not accurate. I will adjust the ad because like I said, I really had no idea and pretty much threw a dart to guess the price. Thanks for letting me know.

There is also a company called Red-Head steering here in Seattle that will buy cores so if I get no interest I will just sell to them for whatever price. Better than gathering dust in the garage.

No, you added nothing. You're trying to be an admin when you have nothing to do with running the site. I had a question about his price, he clarified and made a comment that led to further discussion. You jumped in for some unknown reason because you felt you had to get involved.
