Mounting 6 1/2 speakers up front

I have a set of new 6 1/2" sony xplode speakers I would like to use.

I would like to mount them in the doors or kick panels.
Does anyone have pictures of them in either location?

I am pretty sure they will not fit in the doors but they should fit in the kick panels. Although, I am not sure I want to wrestle with installing the drivers side speaker.

Mine are in the door panel. Had to make a 1/4 inch spacer so the window would roll all the way down. See my gallery
