So, based on my application (and referencing the below picture) this is what I think works. I have no EGR, no vac on brakes (that I recall, mustang hydroboost), no tree, no canister purge valve (do I need one??).

The capped one gets capped
The canister purge valve gets capped
EGR gets capped (egr delete here)
Vac tree gets capped (no vac tree)
PVC valve will connect straight to the middle part and I will cap the T on the lower LH corner for valve cover clearance

You got it. Plug everything but pcv which goes to the valve in the back of the manifold (not your old one fitted to the valve cover on a stock truck) and one to the fuel pressure regulator. If you have a C4 you need one for that too.
