GA Need 3 speed floor mount transmission tabs

'76 with a V-8. Had a 3 on the tree and am switching to a Hurst floor shifter. I've got everything but the tabs that bolt to the transmission that the shift linkage rods attach to. Part number 20 and 22 in the attached file. Looked at the cataloges for Tom's, WH and Bronco Graveyard but no luck. Any ideas are appreciated. David
