So I bought a used Bestop Supertop for my truck from a member on this site, pretty much complete except for the steel supports. So I need to fab a couple things up this weekend. The two bows in the back are my first priority, so what i need to know is....

1. Outside width of the front and rear bows
2. Overall height of the front and rear bows?
3. Roughly how far up the front bow does the rear bow mount?
4. What should I build these bows out of? I am thinking 1/2"-3/4" conduit?

Thanks
Grant

Here you go:

1. Outside width of the front and rear bows
60 3/8" at base, 57 1/2" at top, both front and rear seem to be the same

2. Overall height of the front and rear bows?
Front - 29 1/2"
Rear - 31"
Both measured at the outside. The center measurement may be higher; I think each bow is "bowed" up slightly.

3. Roughly how far up the front bow does the rear bow mount?
There are three adjustments: 2 1/4" (low), 3 1/4" (mid) and 4 1/4" (high)

4. What should I build these bows out of? I am thinking 1/2"-3/4" conduit?
The stock outside diameter is around 7/8"

Hope this helps.
Tim
