1970 bronco with a 1974 302 and points style distributor. new plugs wires getting spark, getting power to the dist. getting fuel all fuses in good shape. It will turn over all day long just wont fire. A week prior it would just die at random but fire right back up.
Any ideas or suggestions would help.

Thanks guys

I would say to check the contacts on your points, sometimes they get carboned up. On the other hand, you have said that you are sure that you have fuel&spark. Those are the two things that always kick your butt. There is one more thing you might try, check the contacts on the inside of your distributor cap. Oh yeah, check your rotor too, it might be failing on you. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Sounds like a loose connection or broken wire or ground strap rattling around and finally broke contact altogether.

You say it now currently gets spark at the plugs and fuel at the carb. You pulled a plug and seen spark? Did you also force feed some gas down the carb? if yes my suggestion is to verify timing. Are you getting spark at the right time? Pull #1 plug. Rotate crank to bring piston to top of compression then verify rotor pointing to #1 plug post on dizzy cap.
