Need part number for heater hose neck

Hey guys-

I need to locate one of the heater hose elbows that come out of the intake right by the water neck. Mine is '75 so it has all kinds of vacuum ports that are no longer needed since I scrapped the smog pump. I just need the threaded elbow to screw into my new edelbrock intake. Thoughts?

Or go to your local China Depot or Lowes... I picked up a brass 45 degree street elbow, then a brass fitting that screwed in for the hose to slip on.
