If you have a picture of of how you routed the two into one exhaust with a ZF and a BCB cross member it would be much aperciated. I had the 2 into 1 before on my old 3 speed, but it doesn't quite fit so I pulled apart the welds. For people that do have this setup and don't have a picture, did you run the pipes going into the muffler both above the cross memeber or one above and one below?

Thanks
Martin

I made the bc exhaust work, but its not pretty. One tube goes above the crossmember and the other below. However it doesnt fit right. I had to dent in the lower tube a bit to work and also ended up using flex exhaust tube to connect with the muffler. I will post a pic later today if wanted. Redoing the exhaust is on my eventual to do list. But it works for now.

BC Broncos has pretty good pictures on their website of the installed exhaust system.

I was thinking of installing their system as well, but from all the mods needed to make it work, it may not be worth it. I may just use similar headers (less expensive) my favorite muffler and have the exhaust shop do the rest.

I bought the BC ZF complete kit, BC Sorties, and the BC 2 into 1 exhaust when I installed my ZF.

What I found was shipping the exhaust kit back and forth is far more expensive than having a local exhaust shop do the job right the first time. Plus, your exhaust will fit your bronco perfectly.

I also had the exhaust shop add an extra flag to make it a two-piece exhaust set up. This is a nice feature to aid in removing the exhaust when you need to change a clutch or something. In addition to that, I had my exhaust ceramic-coated black to reduce the heat transfer.

Good luck!

Hey Thanks for the pictures. I don't know why I didn't think of making a flange. Well good thing I have not started to rewelding everything because I am using that.

Thanks
