1. depends on condition. I've given seats away. The rear seat will be worth more than the fronts, $50-$150 depending on condition/shipping.

A big issue that I had with installing after-market seats was the height of the seat. I tried a couple that sat up too high. My head was over the windshield. I finally found these http://www.wildhorses4x4.com/product/Procar_Elite_Seats/Bronco_Procar_Seats , and I have loved them.

I used the Procar/Scat Elite seats with the Scat adaptors on my 67, big mistake. Seats were great but WAY to high off the floor. I didn't use the Wild Horses adaptors and should have. I'm 6' 4" so the windshield wiper motor was my line of sight.

I'm considering the Corbeau Baja XRS Suspension seats. Just need to find a place to sit in some.

I vote for the classics, just because they look easier to get in and out of. The procar seats have that higher side bolsters.
