My EB has a lot of light surface rust, so I was gonna use a rust dissolver-such as Eastwood Fast Etch, then apply POR15 epoxy coating, then paint. From what I read on the POR15 Rust Remover, the advantage the Eastwood product has is that is can be brushed or spayed on. Whereas the POR15 rust dissolver required the part be submerged, not practicable for body panels.
