There's a rather new place in Northern Virginia called Red Cloud Off Road. The place looks like a lot of green trails. I'm going to check it out tomorrow if anyone wants to meet up. With fresh snow it should be a little more challenging.

There was just a nice looking bronco in Woodbridge, VA for sale. Could have gone offroad and checked out another one for sale.

^that one has bounced around a lot in this area. Blue with white stripe with 33x14.5 tires right?

I can't wait to check out Red Cloud Off Road. Wish my junk was up and running :(

Me too, my winter project is turning into a spring/summer ordeal.

Where are you in NOVA? I'm in Woodbridge and drive by that place all the time, but I never knew it was an off road park.

I tried to register this morning but they said the registration was closed. :(:( Not sure if they got full or have a time cut off. Figured I would share to have others not find themselves in the same situation, definately register well ahead of time.

Anyone interested in going Sunday?

I went and checked out the place yesterday. I was going to meet up with hyghlndr at 10 but he had registration problems. He loaded up his Bronco and went in to register and registration was closed. Come to find out he could have came and registered onsite but that option is not listed online! Huge fail on their part. He didn't want to drive 3 hours to not be able to get in.

The boys and I hit the trails by ourselves and did about 70% of them in Fresh snow, which was pretty cool. Many of the trails were closed due to the snow. Steep descents and no way to get back up is what they told me. They have a couple black sections but 90% are green. The rock garden is shipped in and rather easy. I guess for a stock vehicle the park is challenging. I'd go back if there was a group of you guys that wanted to go. How about early May?
