NOS Kayline top value

Looking to establish a rough market value for a never installed NOS white Kayline top from circa 1998.
I decided I just couldn't drill into my freshly restored Bronco back then and put this thing away.
Its been stored indoors in the original plastic since day one.
All mounting hardware, metal parts/frames and original mounting instructions are present and in new condition. Only thing missing is the original shipment box.

IMO, I don't believe its really worth more than a new Rampage top. The one advantage for the right buyer is the fact that its made by Kayline so quality may be better?
I would say 500 dollar range at the most to right person.

The older kaylines your had to drill the tailgate for snaps, right?

Drilling I saw was on both upper sides of the windshield frame.
Don't recall seeing snaps for tailgate flap.

That era of top had two brackets that screwed to the inside of the tailgate. Then a long 90 degree bracket slid into the back of the liftgate portion of the top. The 90 degree bracket then pressed in between the tailgate and the two screwed on brackets.

The very first purchase I ever made at Wildhorses was a Kayline top in 2000. This is how my liftgate panel worked. Drilling was required at the B pillars and on the bed rails for bracketry. This is in addition to the tailgate brackets I mentioned and the snaps on each side of the windshield frame.

If anyone is interested in installation instructions, I think I still have a scanned copy from the top I bought 23 years ago. Amazing to think it's been that long.

Does it have clear or tinted windows? Do the side windows roll up?

I got a complete one (top and all bows) for FREE from a fellow CB member in Las Vegas. I just paid shipping cost. And yes of course the sun had fried the side and back clear windows. I cut all the side and back windows off it and make it a Safari top. A little vinyl top lube and at leads it rolls up with out crunching.

Appreciate the instructions and diagrams for all the support bars, tubes and brackets.

OK, I was thinking it was an even older versions that required drilling and then adding snaps on the tailgate.

Clear windows and the side windows are exactly as the posted instruction show.
