Did the factory NOS left quarter panel already have a hole for the filler neck? Does anyone make an aftermarket one with the filler neck hole already in it? I know the pic of the DC flared one shows it has a filler neck hole, I'm asking about the uncut versions. None of the vendors I've seen have the hole already.
