np435 question

will a np435 from a 390 fit on a 302?

I believe as long as you use your stock bellhousing. The bolt pattern onto the case is the same big or small block. I am using a BB 435, just used my stock clutch and bellhousing.

like PDX said: A small block bell housing will be needed. The 435 will bolt to both big and small block bell housings.
