The owner of this rig some how lost the shitter link, which is a pita to make work anyway. So I had two extra heims that were 5/16x3/8 and with a little cutting they work real good.
I re-used the original T-shifter. I cut about 3" off and drilled a 3/8"+ size hole for a 3/8x24 bolt with the head cut off and welded around it.
I bent the factory shifter about 1 and something inches it looked good to me. LOL
I drilled the arm of the t-shift lever about as far as I could go either way.
For now I had to double nut the heims I didn't have any locking nuts in my garage stock.
