Does anyone have any advise on reconditioning the wiper motor cover and sun visors? Mine is kind of brownish yellow... I am guessing it used to be parchment or something like that.

Has anyone found a spray that will stick to it and look good?

I use SEM Plastic Prep and rattle can paint designed for plastic and vinyl. On my armrests (both door and back seat) it has worked very well!

I'm guessing you want to use a spray can? To prep it use a grey scuff pad and scuff it up till there's no shine. Clean it then apply some adhesion promoter followed by the paint after it has flashed.
