• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

Yeah if it had a V8 setup (along with the 66 stuff) I would consider buying it for a future conversion

That bronco reminded me of some southern trucks i saw when i was in Nashville years ago.

Burned and rusted paint on top and hood, but not rusted thru and thru underneath like up here in MN.

Might be a real solid truck. Dealer in MN that sold it may not have known what a rare find a complete 66 like that was.

Let us know how it turns out...

Well, the seller and I had a verbal agreement, now he won't answer my texts and my phone calls. NOT COOL!

Funny you say that.

He would not answer my calls so I texted him at 2:00 pm Sunday afternoon
since the ad was still up, and he texted back
it "just sold" before my text.

When was your verbal agreement?
maybe he got a better offer.

used car salesman..... some are good some aren't.

Verbal agreements from people that reneged on them and don't have the courtesy to return calls and messages are more common then before, this has happened to me also. Some people nowadays don't have that attribute and care more about the "mighty dollar" than their word and doing the right thing, very unfortunate.

I wonder if he got bombarded with responses and realized he was too cheap? I didn't see what was there. There was a similar deal in Utah on CL a couple of years ago. It was relisted about 4 months later with different pics, higher price but the same contact number.

It was a glorified parts vehicle, but I had a need for 75% of those parts. He was wanting $1500.00 for it. I can't see anyone giving much more than that for it. Scum bag!
