This is not in any way an attempt to knock the restoration, but rather a truly legitimate question out of curiosity. Why the two different colors of carpeting? I've never seen that before.

Yep, I’ve seen it in person as recently as yesterday while checking the progress on mine and “Peacock” looks even better up close. The color is great and if I weren’t going with the original paint color on mine, this would be my first choice if changing colors. Classic look and he nailed the details in my opinion.

Justino- Correct, that’s a rubber mat in the rear cargo area so I get the logic given the bulkhead and absence of a rear seat.

This is an original bulkhead/ no rear seat U15 wagon; The rear functions as a cargo area and the Carpenter heavy rubber mat was used in this area; Mark in San Diego; Beach City Broncos
