Pig tail plug that fits in back of headlight switch

First, can it go bad, burn out? Mine looks fine with no visible signs of problems but
If I wanted to buy one to plug into a new headlight switch where to buy?
Any one find a new one from a vendor? No one up top has one. Thanks.
