Pneumatic Windshield Wiper Motors

I have a "66 Bronco that needs some expert help in rehabilitating the windshield wiper motors. The lines have been replaced and the wipers move a bit, but need complete rehabilitation. Even when brand new, the vacuum wipers didn't work that well.
